By playing Packtrain you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

Packtrain is free to play. Some items can be bought with real money. We may change, add or remove content to keep the game fun and balanced.

Virtual items

Studs, stamps, second chances, engines and passes are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game, except where the law says otherwise.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and follow their terms. The Express Club subscription (weekly or monthly) renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. The free trial, when offered, is for new subscribers only; any unused part of a trial ends when you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Reward videos

Watching a video is always optional. Rewards for videos are limited per day and given once our server has confirmed the video was watched; we may change or stop them at any time.

Scares

Packtrain contains sudden spider jump scares with loud sounds and flashes. "Softer scares" in Settings removes the flash. Don't play if this could be a problem for you.

Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the game, use bots or exploit bugs. Results are checked by our servers; accounts that cheat may be removed from rankings or suspended.

Availability

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of virtual items. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
